Understanding Facility & Service Symbols

Definitions
Single Room: a room with one bed designed to accommodate only one person.

Twin Room: a room with two separate beds designed to accommodate two persons.

Double Room: a room designed to accommodate two persons sharing the one bed. The bed in a double room can be of different sizes from double up to king-size.

Ensuite: an ensuite bathroom is a bath or shower and WC designated for the occupants of one bedroom that is connected to it and entered directly from it.

Private: a private bathroom is one solely designated for the occupants of one bedroom but which is separate from it. The bathroom should be on the same floor, reasonably close to the bedroom and lockable.
